Mariani Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: BJP's Rupjyoti Kurmi wins
Rupjyoti Kurmi (Bharatiya Janata Party), Gyanashree Bora (Raijor Dal), Bijay Manjani (Independent), and Siddhartha Bora (Independent) — 4 candidates contesting from Mariani in Assam's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Mariani is a General constituency under the Jorhat Lok Sabha segment, with 123,568 voters on its electoral rolls. In 2021, Rupjyoti Kurmi of the Congress won by a margin of 2,446 votes. Rupjyoti Kurmi had also won in 2016. The 2021 turnout was 77.56%. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Mariani in 2026.
