Margherita Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: BJP's Bhaskar Sharma wins
Bhaskar Sharma (Bharatiya Janata Party), Garnel Minze (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha), and Rahul Chetry (Raijor Dal) — 3 candidates contesting from Margherita in Assam's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Margherita is a General constituency under the Dibrugarh Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, Bhaskar Sharma of the Bharatiya Janata Party won by a margin of 58,500 votes. Bhaskar Sharma had also won in 2016. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Margherita in 2026.
