CTET Result Date 2026 Live Updates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare the CTET Result 2026 shortly on its official website, ctet.nic.in. The result will be released after the final answer key is published, following the review of objections submitted by candidates.The Central Teacher Eligibility Test was conducted on February 7 and 8, 2026, across the country. The examination saw participation from more than 2.5 million candidates, making it one of the largest eligibility tests for teaching positions in India.Answer key review process completedThe board had released the scanned OMR sheets and provisional answer key on March 12, 2026. Candidates were allowed to raise objections until March 15, 2026 by paying a fee of ₹1,000 per question. All challenges are being examined by subject experts before finalising the answer key.The final answer key will be used to prepare the result. No further objections will be accepted once it is released.Result to be declared on official websiteCandidates will be able to check their results by logging in to ctet.nic.in using their roll number and date of birth. The scorecard will display subject-wise marks and qualifying status.General category candidates must secure at least 90 out of 150 marks, while SC and ST candidates require 82 marks to qualify.Eligibility after qualifying CTETCandidates who clear Paper 1 become eligible to apply for teaching posts for Classes 1 to 5, while those qualifying Paper 2 can apply for Classes 6 to 8. Qualified candidates can seek employment in Kendriya Vidyalayas, Navodaya Vidyalayas and Army schools.
