One dies in road accident, 1 injured

GORAKHPUR: A 35-year-old man died while his friend was injured after a tractor trolley hit their motorcycle near Gorakhnath mandi under Gorakhnath police station on Friday. The erring driver fled from the spot abandoning the vehicle. Police have registered a case against the fleeing driver and seized the tractor trolley. According to reports, Ram Naval (35),
was coming to Gorakhpur with his friend Rambhu (36), son of Mistry of Pipraich,
on a motorcycle.When they reached near Gorakhnath mandi a tractor trolley rammed into the bike. Ram Nayan died on the spot while Rambhu sustained sever injuries. tnn
Some passersby informed the police. Cops rushed Rambhu to District Hospital where his condition is stated to be critical and sent the body for postmortem. A search has been launched for the erring driver.
