Udaipur: Three friends were killed in a motorcycle accident after being struck by a trailer truck in Udaipur on Sunday night. The trio was returning home after visiting Idana Mata temple when the accident occurred. The trailer driver fled the scene, leaving the victims in critical condition.
On Monday, family members and outraged villagers staged a protest, demanding immediate arrest of the driver.

Chel Singh, officer-in-charge of Kurabad police station, said police were alerted by a passerby.
The victims were taken to a hospital, but they had succumbed to their injuries. The bodies were placed in mortuary of Kurabad Government Community Health Centre. When the family members arrived at the hospital, they refused to allow a post-mortem examination until the driver was apprehended.
