Ranchi: Jharkhand high court on Tuesday has transferred 50 judges of the state. The notifications to this effect were issued by HC Registrar General Manoj Prasad. Anil Kumar Mishra, principal district and sessions judge (PDJ) in Jamshedpur was appointed judicial commissioner (JC) of Ranchi.
The JC Ranchi Diwakar Pandey has been posted as PDJ Daltonganj. PDJ Giridih Arvind Kumar Pandey was transferred as PDJ Jamshedpur.
Moreover, principal judge family court Ramgarh has been posted as PDJ Ramgarh, principal judge family court Hazaribag Martand Pratap Mishra will be PDJ Giridih and presiding officer labour court Jamshedpur Ramesh Kumar has been transferred as PDJ Godda.
A number of other judges of Ranchi court have also been transferred. Additional judicial commissioner (AJC) Ranchi Madhuresh Kumar Verma has been posted as district and additional sessions judge (ADJ) Giridih, AJC Manish as ADJ Dhanbad, AJC Vishal Srivastva as ADJ Ramgarh, special judge POCSO Md Asif Eqbal as ADJ Hazaribag, AJC Prabhat Kumar Sharma as ADJ Garwha, AJC Sachindra Birua as ADJ Ghatshila, AJC Manish Ranjan as ADJ Dhanbad and AJC Debasis Mohapatra as ADJ Giridih.
Furthermore, ADJ Jamshepsur Nishant Kumar, ADJ Madhupur Shyam Nandan Tiwari, ADJ Dhanbad Kuldeep, special judge POCSO Girdih Yashwant Prakash, special judge POCSO Daltonganj Abhimanyu Kumar and ADJ Lohardaga Akhilesh Kuamr Tiwari have been posted as AJC Ranchi.
