58-yr-old man gets 3-yr RI for luring minor to watch porn

Koderma: The court of additional district and sessions judge (1), Ghulam Haider, on Friday sentenced a 58-year-old man to three years of rigorous imprisonment for luring a minor and showing her a pornographic video.
While handing out the sentence to the convict, Naval Kishore Modi alias Naval Kishore Barnwal, of Koderma district, the court also slapped a fine of Rs 5,000 on him. Barnwal will have to serve an additional imprisonment of six months if he fails to pay the fine.
According to lawyers of the special Pocso case 22/22023, the court found Barnwal guilty under multiple sections of the law.
