In Gujarat's Jamnagar, man kills four-year-old suspecting he was not his biological son

RAJKOT: A man was arrested for killing his four-year-old son by throwing him in a lake in Dhrol town of Jamnagar, suspecting that he was not his biological father.
The accused Munna Solanki disappeared on September 19, the next day he had a fight with his wife Lalita, after he accused her that she was having an extra marital affair.
According to a complaint registered with Dhrol police station, Lalita went to Morbi to her in-law's house after the fight on September 18 and in the night, Munna threw her four-year-old son Krishna in a lake.
The police recovered his dead body on September 20 and informed boy’s uncle as his father was not reachable.
Boy's uncle Bhupat told police that his brother was a father of five children, but he was suspecting that the youngest one Krishna was not his biological son. He was upset with this suspicion and often fought with his wife.
Bhupat along with the deceased's mother Lalita performed the last rite of the boy. Thereafter, Munna appeared and confessed of killing Krishna and disappeared thereafter as he regretted.
Bhupat registered a police complaint against his brother under IPC section 302.
