Disabled bootlegger arrested
Sanjay Parmar began bootlegging as he was handicapped and he felt no one would suspect him
“During interrogation, Parmar said that as he was confident that no one would doubt him for being a bootlegger as he was handicapped, he had got into bootlegging,” said an official from Ghogha Road police station.
