Members of the national executive, party's state representatives and special invitees would attend the meet. He said that several subcommittees had been formed for the success of the meet. Former minister Ashok Kumar Singh is the president of the organizing committee.
National general secretary of the party Ramesh Bhandari said that representatives from over 20 states, including those from Bihar and Jharkhand, would participate at the meet. He stated that the myth of 'sushasan' of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar had been completely exposed. There was lawlessness in the entire state but the government was sitting idle.
