“Two semi-automatic pistols of .32 bore and .30 bore, which were used in the attack, have been seized from the two. We are trying to get more details from Avisek and Gaurav. We are also trying to nab the remaining six including prime suspects Manish and Manoj,” said Ghaziabad SSP K Sunil Emmanuel.
According to police, the main conspirators had roped in Avisek and Gaurav. The duo had also been nursing some grudge over the murder of their blood relatives a few years ago. Avisek’s father and Gaurav’s elder brother were murdered years ago in Loni and Garh Mukteshwar areas, respectively. The main conspirators had promised to help out Avisek and Gaurav in avenging the murders in their families if they joined hands with them to eliminate Teotia, said police.
