Mumbai: Chief Minister
Uddhav Thackeray on Tuesday chaired a meeting of Shiv
Sena office-bearers, including MPs, MLAs and corporators, virtually to take stock of the party’s preparations for the upcoming BMC elections.
Asking the Sena cadre to take the development works to the people and get ready for the BMC polls, Thackeray slammed the BJP which has been criticising him for his absence from the winter session of the state legislature due to his spine injury.
“I know that I am being personally criticised. I am quietly taking all this criticism. I do not want to reply to this right now...the same things being asked again and again. I will give a fitting reply at the right time,’’ Thackeray reportedly said. –Chaitanya Marpakwar
