Justice J N Patel will continue to hear the case on Saturday . Earlier, Chief Justice Swatanter Kumar favoured the petitioners and quashed the government resolution (GR) as being illegal and arbitrary , while Justice A P Deshpande upheld the GR and said it was not discriminatory or unreasonable.
