30yo woman kills self and her 2 kids after fight with in-laws

Meerut: A 30-year-old woman allegedly consumed poison along with her two children -- 6 and 4 years old -- after a verbal spat with her in-laws on Thursday night. The incident took place in Baliyakhedi area under Gagalhedi police station in Saharanpur.SP City Vyom Bindal said, "The woman had a dispute with her in-laws on Thursday evening and threatened to kill herself along with her kids. She left home in the evening and switched off her mobile phone. Later, she and her children were found lying unconscious on the road and were rushed to hospital, where they died."The SP added, "An FIR under BNS section 108 (abetment of suicide) was registered against her husband and three others. The husband was later arrested. The bodies have been sent for postmortem, and samples have been sent to a lab to find out the nature of poison they consumed."SHO of Gagalhedi Piyush Dixit said, "The couple got married nine years ago. They lived in a joint family, while the woman wanted to live separately, which led to frequent quarrels at home. Her husband worked as a labourer at a factory."
