Two injured in separate incidents

MANGALURU: One person was stabbed at Bunder and another person sustained injuries while allegedly fleeing from his attackers at Bajpe on Sunday night.
A person identified as Syed Wasim Ahmed, 30, was stabbed by unidentified miscreants who came on a two wheeler and stabbed the merchant from Bengaluru. He has been hospitalised. He is recovering, police said.
At Bajpe, Ranjith, a party worker of a Hindu organisation, was injured when he fell into a ditch. He claimed that some unidentified miscreants on four two wheelers had followed him from near Airport while he was on his way to Karambaru after finishing his work at Panambur. He said that near Anthony katte one of the bike borne miscreant hit his bike with his vehicle and he fell into a ditch. While he used his mobile to call his friends for help, they fled, he claimed.
Police have registered both the incidents at respective police stations.
