DSS leader passes away

Mangaluru: Founder member of Dalit Sangharsha Samiti in Dakshina Kannada, Bhaskar M Malavoor, died at a private hospital in the city on Saturday. He was 66.
A former president of the Malavoor GP and a social worker, was also famous as a musician. He is survived by four children. As per his wish, the body was donated to a medical college in the city.Former minister K Abhaychandra Jain, DSS state organising convener Devadas, and district convener Raghu K Ekkaru condoled the death of Bhaskar. tnn
