CII conducts road show at Excon 2015

MADURAI: Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Tuesday organised a road show in Madurai at Eighth International Construction Equipment and Construction Technology Trade Fair (Excon - 2015).
The fair will be held in Bangalore between November 25 and 29.
A wide variety of equipment, technology products for Indian customers with specific emphasis on efficiency, productivity & safety will be available at the trade fair.
Machineries to fulfill the development of infrastructure, smart cities, irrigation and mechanisation of waste management will be displayed. Further, the fair will also have the largest construction equipment in South Asia.
Mayor V V Rajan Chellappa was the chief guest for the road show. V Murugesan, vice chairman of Builders Association of India addressed the event.
Executive Steering Committee Member of Excon, Bharathan spoke about trade fair's theme.
Since Madurai has been shortlisted by the Central government for the smart city project, a panel discussion on the project was held during the event.
