Union mantri lauds Lucknow railway official

Lucknow: Union minister Piyush Goyal has lauded efforts of senior divisional material manager (SrDMM) Krishan Murari of Lucknow division Northern Railway (NR) for his innovative way of allotting result-oriented and cheaper cleaning contracts. The minister of commerce & industry, consumer affairs, food & public distribution and textiles was speaking at a gathering of senior officials of various state governments and central ministry at Kreta Vikreta Gaurav Samman Samaroh 2023 at Vanijya Bhawan in New Delhi, on Monday.
Murari saved the railways Rs 11 crore in alloting contracts for cleanliness and sanitation work on railways property and premises including DMR office, RPF academy and railway stations.tnn
