Maha Kumbh 2025: ‘Most beautiful sadhvi’ takes internet by storm

PRAYAGRAJ: Harsha Richhariya could give Bollywood heroines and fashion models a run for their money with her looks and star-like following.

On Paush Purnima, the 30-year-old influencer from Uttarakhand, grabbed attention at Maha Kumbh Mela as she moved on a chariot. Soon, her videos and photos went viral on social media platforms, making her an instant sensation, with people calling her as the "most beautiful sadhvi".

Dressed in traditional attire, with a Rudraksha rosary and sporting a tilak, Richhariya claimed in one of the viral videos, "I am a disciple of Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri Ji Maharaj of Niranjani Akhara."
In another video, seated on a chariot, she answered a YouTuber's question: "You're so beautiful, have you never felt like leaving the life of a sadhvi?". Richhariya replied: "I left what I wanted to do and opted for this. I had fame and money, but I am at peace where I am today. At one point in life, one only yearns for peace."
Apart from her status as disciple of Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Giri Ji Maharaj of Niranjani Akhara, her Instagram account describes her as a social activist and influencer. With 1.3 million followers on Instagram, most of her posts are on Sanatam Dharm, youth power and Ayodhya temples.
