KANPUR: A 27-year-old woman of Manki Khurd in Hamirpur district allegedly lured her lover to her matrimonial home, and in collusion with her husband, murdered him inside a room, and later concealed his body in bushes at Tahrapur in the Reuna police station area of Kanpur.
The victim’s family filed a complaint at Bakewar police station in Fatehpur, expressing suspicion of murder. Police examined the youth’s call details and CDR, after which the incident was uncovered. Police summoned a forensic team and sent the body for post-mortem examination. The husband and wife, accused of murder, were taken into custody and were being interrogated.
The victim was identified as Vijay Nishad (25), son of Indrapal Nishad, a resident of Tikra village in Fatehpur district. Police said Vijay was in a affair with Kiran, and her husband Kamta Nishad (32) came to know about the affair.
