Hyderabad: TRS has decided to raise the pending GST arrears which the Centre owes to Telangana, pending projects and fund allocation in forthcoming parliament session.
Party MPs have decided to act on CAA, NRC and NPR in both the Houses as per the stand taken by CM K Chandrasekhar Rao. Addressing MPs at a parliamentary party meeting on Tuesday, TRS working president KT Rama Rao said Centre was focusing on CAA instead of economic slowdown.
Telangana is yet to get GST arrears to the tune of Rs 1,135 crore from the Centre.
“Though Niti Aayog has recommended fund allocation to Mission Bhagiratha and Mission Kakatiya, the Centre has not extended finanical support to the programmes,” KTR said. TNN
