HYDERABAD: The election agent of Vanteru Pratap Reddy, Congress candidate from Gajwel, filed a petition in the Hyderabad high court seeking action against local police for 'acting' as polling agents for the ruling party.
Bollaram Yellaiah stated in his petition that police of Mulugu and Manoharabad were harassing the agents of the Congress candidate, at the behest of TRS as CM K Chandrasekhar Rao is contesting from Gajwel constituency.

The petitioner's counsel C Damodar Reddy on Thursday presented his case before a bench headed by the Chief Justice. The bench said it would take up the case on Friday.
