10 IAS officers transferred

HYDERABAD: In a minor reshuffle of IAS officers on Tuesday, the state appointed AP Sawhney as principal secretary, health, and gave permanent charge of the stamps and registration department to Vinod Kumar Agarwal. Adhar Sinha was replaced as the MD of the Hyderabad Water Board with J Shyamala Rao. Sawhney, who had returned from central deputation, was awaiting a posting.Agarwal was principal secretary of the public enterprises department and was also holding the additional charge of stamps and registration department. Shyamala Rao was the MD of AP health mission.
Shalini Mishra, who was with the AP Rajiv Swagruha Corporation in some capacity or other for the last 7 years, was finally shifted out and posted as vice chairman and MD of AP Industrial Development Corporation. A R Sukumar, who was special commissioner in the CCLA, was named principal secretary of BC welfare. Labour commissioner B Kishore was appointed commissioner department of survey, settlement and land records. Ayush commissioner GD Aruna is the new labour commissioner, while B Ramanjaneyulu is the new labour commissioner. Small savings commissioner K Devanand was appointed in place of Shalini Mishra as MD of Rajiv Swagruha Corporation.
