Erode East bypoll: INL extends support to EVKS Elangovan
The Indian National League (INL) has extended its support to Congress candidate EVKS Elangovan for the upcoming byelection in Erode East.

In a media statement on behalf of the party, INL state president, M Muniriddin Sheriff, thanked the DMK high command and chief minister MK Stalin for allocating the Erode East constituency to the Congress party for a second time.
“INL will campaign intensively to defeat the communal powers which are calculating to win the byelection,” he said.
