BJP office-bearers have been tasked to go to these constituencies and hold meetings with local party workers before April 1. They are asked to submit a report to the party's state headquarters," said Manveer Singh Chauhan, BJP's state media-in charge.
In all, 12 office-bearers have been appointed to review the 23 segments. For instance, Suresh Bhatt has been given the responsibility of Haridwar rural and Laksar, while Suresh Joshi will go to Udham Singh Nagar and review Nanakmatta and Kiccha.
Before preparing their report, the observers will hold at least three meetings with local party workers -- group, team and discussion. A consolidated report will be submitted on April 1, a senior party member said.
