Tricity reports 181 Covid cases in a day

Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula: Chandigarh reported 74 Covid cases and no death on Tuesday. This took the number of active cases to 393. Of the 94,517 cases reported so far, 92,959 patients have been cured. Total of 263 people were vaccinated in Chandigarh on Tuesday. The first dose was administered to 144 persons and the second to 119, including Covaxin administered to 41 persons in the age group of 15 to 17 years and Corbevax to 48 in the 12 to 14 year age group. In Mohali, 66 Covid cases were logged on Tuesday. No death was reported. There are 294 active cases. Of the 97,308 cases reported so far, 95,857 patients have been cured. Meanwhile, 922 people were vaccinated in Mohali on Tuesday.  Panchkula reported 41 fresh Covid cases and no death on Tuesday.
