The way Des Raj was killed brutally in full public view has scared the citizens.
BATHINDA: A 28-year-old man was bludgeoned to death at busy bazaar of Badhni Kalan in district Moga on Friday evening.
The victim Des Raj was attacked at the neck and some other body parts by three persons brandishing unsheathed swords. When badly injured, Des Raj was taken to a hospital where he was declared brought dead. The attackers escaped after committing the crime.

As per the police, the youths have a feud with the deceased.
The way Des Raj was killed brutally in full public view has scared the citizens. The killing in public glare was committed while Punjab is passing through the Ghallughara week and extra force has been deployed in the entire state. The opposition parties are raising question marks alleging the law and order situation is worsening in the state.
Nihal Singh Wala DSP Mohammad Sarfaraz Alam said that the deceased was facing three cases of fight. He was a feud with the attackers, who brutally killed Des Raj. The case under charges of murder has been registered against Ranjit Singh, Jassu and Hansa. Police is making efforts to reach out the attackers.
