New Patiala sub-stations

Patiala: Punjab power and public works minister Harbhajan Singh ETO and new and renewable energy minister Aman Arora jointly laid the foundation stones of 66 KV grid sub-stations at Sunam city and Elwal village of Sangrur on Monday.
While addressing a gathering at Elwal village, power minister Harbhajan Singh said both these projects would be completed by December 31 at a cost of Rs 11.24 crore.

Hisar: Senior Congress leader and former Union minister Kumari Selja on Monday said the people of Haryana were unhappy with the BJP-JJP dispensation and expressed confidence that her party would form the next government in the state.
On her way from Ratia to Chandigarh, Selja stopped at Uklana to meet the party workers. How much people are angry with this government is clearly visible from the Jan Samvad programme of chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar, Selja told the mediapersons.
