Men on bikes snatch gold, cash

CHANDIGARH: Three snatching incidents were reported in Chandigarh and Panchkula on Thursday. In all these cases, women were targeted and they could not note down the registration number of miscreants' bikes.
In the first case, Sheela Kumari of Sector 10, Panchkula, was standing near her house when two bikers snatched her gold chain. And, Meenu of Sector 17, Panchkula, was taking a walk near her residence when her gold chain was snatched."It seems that the same gang is involved in both the cases. We are taking the help of eye-witnesses to make the sketches of the accused. We have registered cases," said a Sector 5 police station, Panchkula, cop.Meanwhile in Chandigarh, miscreants snatched the purse of a woman near Kajheri village. Two bikers had snatched the gold chain of a woman in Sector 37 on Wednesday.
