Edu dept clerk arrested for ₹55k graft

Chandigarh: Haryana anti-corruption bureau (ACB) has apprehended a clerk from the education department stationed in Ambala while accepting a bribe of Rs 55,000 from the complainant. The ACB has also booked another clerk in this case. The arrest was made following a complaint filed by one Mohinder Pal, a resident of Delhi Road, Hisar. A case has been registered against the accused at the ACB police station in Ambala, and further investigation is underway.tnn
