BATHINDA: The Bathinda police on Friday registered a criminal case against former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Mandal president Manju Bala.

BATHINDA: The Bathinda police on Friday registered a criminal case against former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Mahila Mandal president Manju Bala.
She has been accused of preparing a false will deed to usurp the property of her mother-in-law in connivance with an employee of the Ram Pura Phool Nagar Council.
The case has been registered at the Ram Pura Phool police station after a probe into a complaint made by Vinod Bansal, husband of the accused.

Bansal had alleged illicit relationship between his wife and the council employee, Pawan Kumar.
He had alleged that Bala, in connivance with some employees of the Nagar Council, prepared a fake will of Shanti Devi, mother of the complainant, to take possession of some prime properties.
