₹50L fraud: 3 Itanagar IT firm dirs booked

Chandigarh: Police have booked directors of an Arunachal Pradesh-based IT development company for duping a city’s software solution firm of Rs 50 lakh.
Malkiat Singh Bhullar, director of Cyber Soft Software Solution Private Limited, Sector 34, alleged Nima Sange, Somak Chakravorty and Pema Nysiur, all three directors of IT Development Service Private Limited, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, agreed to work as a team following an agreement between them in 2014.Bhullar said he paid Rs 50 lakh in cash and through bank NEFT transfer in 2014 according to the agreement. The accused firm could not arrange a letter of intent (LoI) and also failed to obtain further contract from government, Bhullar alleged.
The accused had issued two cheques of Rs 25 lakh each, but both were returned from bank due to insufficient amounts, Bhulla alleged. On his complaint, police registered a cheating and criminal breach of trust case against the three directors of the firm. tnn
