The chief minister, along with home minister Anil Vij, visited the Red Fort Museum in Delhi on Friday. The chief minister and the home minister not only enquired about the state of the art technology used in the museum, but also discussed the structural plan of the Shaheed Smarak with the officers concerned.
The technical team through a detailed presentation apprised the chief minister about the way new technology will be used to make the Smarak being built in Ambala Cantt more attractive. He also inquired about the light and sound show at Red Fort Museum. Interacting with the media persons at Haryana Bhawan after coming back from Red Fort, the chief minister said that the building work of Shaheed Memorial is almost complete, only some technical related things may take some more time to complete.
The chief minister expressed hope that the Shaheed Smarak would be completely ready within a year’s time. On this occasion, home minister Anil Vij also discussed the history of the Shaheed Smarak and the stories related to the glory of the martyrs.
While directing the technical team, the home minister said that the Shaheed Smarak in Haryana should become a unique symbol of inculcating the spirit of patriotism among future generations.
