27-year-old man’s body found in Kaliasot dam

Bhopal: Body of a 27-year-old man was recovered from the Kaliasot Dam on Saturday.According to the police, the body was found near the steps of the Kaliasot Dam in the morning hours. Chunabhatti police reached the spot and registered a case. Cops then circulated the deceased's description to nearby police stations, after which Shahpura police informed them that a missing person's report matching the description had been filed on Friday. The family of the missing man was contacted, and they identified the deceased through a photograph sent by the police.After a postmortem examination, the body was handed over to the deceased's kin. No suicide note was recovered at the spot.The father of the deceased, Brijesh Joshi, confirmed that the deceased was his son, Vishal alias Shubham Joshi, a resident of Door Sanchar Colony. He told police that Vishal had dinner with the family on Thursday night. On Friday morning, when Brijesh went to his son's room, he found Vishal missing. When Vishal didn't return, his family filed a missing person report at Shahpura police station on Friday.
