Medical student ends life

BHOPAL: A student of a private medical college allegedly committed suicide by hanging self at her hostel room in college campus on Friday evening. Police said a suicide note has also been recovered from the spot. The girl hasn't held anyone responsible for her death, but wished her last rites to be performed by her brother.
Neetu Baghel, 21 was a resident of Kanker in Chhattisgarh.She was studying at city's People's Medical College since 2011. Police said her body was found hanging at her room in B block of the college hostel by other students. We have come to know that she failed in first year exams, the police said.
Her family members have been informed and they would reach here by Saturday. Investigation is underway to ascertain the cause of the incident, said additional superintendent of police Devendra Rajput.
