BENGALURU: Now on, passport aspirants from north Bengaluru need not travel all the way to Wilson Garden or Marathahalli to get their job done. On Tuesday, Union chemical and fertilisers minister DV Sadananda Gowda inaugurated a Passport Seva Kendra at Jalahalli.
The seva kendra is located at the post office on BEL Road and will handle 20 appointments every day.
Bharath Kumar Kuthati, regional passport officer, said: “Initially, we are starting with 20 appointments. It’ll be increased to 40 in the next 10 days.”
