BANGALORE: Speaker M.V.Venkatappa on Monday reserved ruling on permitting a privilege motion against a petitioner, government officials, newspapers and others over foreign jaunts of legislators.

The court dismissed the case two weeks ago and slapped a penal fine on the petitioner for filing a false case.
