More rain likely today

BANGALORE: After the rain that wreaked havoc in the city during the day on Friday, there was more at night. The Met department recorded 2 cm of rainfall in four hours. On Friday afternoon, 3 cm of rainfall was recorded.
Officials said the sudden rain in the past few days is due to cyclonic activity. Similar weather is expected for the next two days.
"The rain at night was slow and steady.It didn't create as much damage as the downpour during the day," department director A Muthuchami said.
