BENGALURU: A 29-year-old home-maker was found murdered at her residence in Kabbehalla, near Kamakshipalya, West Bengaluru on Tuesday.
Kamakshipalya police said Taslima Banu, wife of
Abdul Razzaq, a car mechanic, and mother of two children, was found with her throat slit.
MN Anucheth, Deputy Commissioner of Police (West division) said the murder came to light around 3.30 pm when Taslima’s elder son returned home from school.
Police suspect she might have been murdered between 10.30 am and 3.30 pm.
“There was no forced entry into the house and also no signs of robbery as valuables on her body were found intact. We have to verify whether any valuables are missing from the house,” Anucheth said.
Abdul told police that he was at work and police are yet to verify his claim. Taslima’s two children were at school. Three teams have been formed to nab the culprits.
