BANGALORE: Justice L Narayanaswamy has adjourned to September 9 hearing on former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa's anticipatory bail petition against a private complaint lodged by JD(S) spokesperson Y S V Dutta.
One of Yeddyurappa's counsels sought adjournment citing that the arguing counsel, Ravi B Naik, is away from the city. Dutta's complaint is related to award of contract for the Upper Bhadra canal project.
