KOLAR: The BJP has unearthed an alleged "fake document" scam in the revenue department.

kolar: the bjp has unearthed an alleged "fake document" scam in the revenue department. giving details of the scam at a press conference here at kolar on thursday, k.v. suresh kumar, convener of the state bjp unit said the alleged use of fake documents involving a temple took place with the involvement of some of the revenue department officials. he demanded a cbi probe into the scam.

suresh kumar said the land in sangondahalli, measuring 5.08 acres was an inamthi land of sri anjaneya temple in kolar. one archak narayana rao was now in possession of the land. the relevant records now stood in his name, after the demise his family members who earlier possessed the same. however, one amir sab with the assistance of some vested interests, including some revenue officials furnished the alleged fake documents including land tribunal order and got the pahani in his name. however, the scam came to light when the records were being checked for computerisation, suresh kumar alleged.
