Spiritual ecstasy marks Poleramma Jatara at Venkatagiri in Tirupati district

Spiritual ecstasy marked the Poleramma Jatara festivities observed on a grand note at the ancient folk goddess temple at Venkatagiri in Tirupati district on Thursday.
Venkatagiri Poleramma Jatara is one of the state festivals celebrated with utmost pomp and grandeur in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
State tourism minister Kandula Durgesh presented pattu vastrams on behalf of the state govt during the festivities held at the Poleramma temple on Thursday.
Endowments minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy also offered prayers to the folk goddess and later on handed over Rs.50 lakh cheque sanctioned by the state govt for the grand conduct of the Poleramma Jatara to the district collector.
