Rowdy sheeter hacked to death by rivals at Nandyal

A 33-year-old man known as Venkata Sai was hacked to death by rivals in Nandyal on Friday. Involved in multiple crimes, including a constable's murder and an attack on an MLA's bodyguard, he was recently out on bail. His death is suspected to be related to ongoing rivalries. TIRUPATI: A 33-year-old rowdy sheeter was hacked to death by his rivals at Nandyal on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Venkata Sai alias Kavva, a resident of Gudipatigadda locality in Nandyal town.
Venkata Sai is the prime accused in a police constable's murder case and was also involved in a gruesome attack on Allagadda MLA Bhumana Akhila Priya's bodyguard recently.

He came out of the prison on bail and on Friday, he was attacked by his rivals and hacked to death with hunting knives near Maseedipuram metta locality on the outskirts of Nandyal on Friday.
DSP Ravindra Reddy inspected the crime scene and made arrangements for shifting the body of the deceased for postmortem.
Nandyal police have registered a case and suspect that old rivalry could be the motto behind the rowdy sheeter's murder.
