“Truly humbling,” says Pankaj Tripathi as Maharashtra CM lauds his performances

National Award-winning actor Pankaj Tripathi recently expressed his gratitude after Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis revealed that he is an admirer of the actor’s work. In a recent interview, Fadnavis shared that he had binge-watched all seasons of Tripathi’s acclaimed legal drama Criminal Justice — interestingly starting from the latest season and moving backwards to the first.
The Chief Minister also mentioned that he had personally conveyed his admiration to Tripathi during a recent event, a gesture that left the actor deeply moved.
Reacting to the appreciation, Tripathi said, “It is truly an honour and a very humbling moment for me. When a leader of such stature takes time from his busy schedule to watch my work, it feels surreal and encouraging.”
He further added, “As an actor, you hope your work connects with people from all walks of life. When someone as respected as Fadnavis ji appreciates it, it feels truly rewarding.”
