NEW DELHI: Indian hockey team are the overwhelming favourites to reclaim the Asian Champions Trophy 2016(ACT) men's hockey tournament featuring the continent's top six nations. The annual tournament returns after two-year absence with Malaysia being the host for its fourth edition.
India won the inaugural event followed by Pakistan who won the next two.
India, ranked sixth in the world, launch their campaign against Japan on Thursday, while defending champions Pakistan take on hosts Malaysia. South Korea and China, the other two participants, get into action on Friday.
