MUMBAI: The Shiv Sena on Tuesday criticized Rahul Gandhi over his padyatra in drought-prone Vidarbha, saying he should have wiped away the tears of farmers when the Congress was in power in the state and Centre.
The Shiv Sena also hit out at chief minister Devendra Fadnavis for his Maharashtra Day message, saying merely being ashamed over farmer suicides would not solve the problem.
