Toronto also ranks among the safest cities, with strong public safety measures and high-quality infrastructure.

Australia's Sydney ranks 4th on the list with some impressive safety indicators. The city takes the top spot in terms of digital security.

Zurich, Switzerland (5th safest)

Switzerland's Zurich boasts an exceptionally high level of security, with the third lowest risk of natural disasters worldwide. The city's highly effective law enforcement agencies maintains a remarkably low crime rate.

Manila, Philippines (5th unsafe city)

Meanwhile, Manila ranked as the fifth riskiest city. The report indicated that Manila has the highest natural disaster risk, the fifth highest personal security risk and the seventh highest health security risk.

Nigeria's Lagos ranked fourth as the most risky city in the world on the Forbes Adviser list.

Yangon's position as the third-most risky city stems from similar issues of crime and violence, along with political unrest and economic vulnerabilities. Yangon score was 91.67 out of 100.
