There are some political parties who are saying that casteism is being spread, they do not have the knowledge and are trying to mislead the people, even AAP does that. There has been no change in the Army act of 1954 and Defence Service Regulation 1987. Lakhs of applications have come for the recruitment of Agniveers, this shows that people are ready for the scheme and they are ready to lay their lives for the country,” he said.
