AIADMK in Tamil Nadu has seen a major reconciliation as rebel MLAs led by S.P. Velumani rejoined the Edappadi K. Palaniswami faction. Around 13 MLAs met EPS and later submitted a unity letter to the Assembly Speaker. C. Vijayabaskar withdrew his whip recognition request, signalling a shift towards unity. The rift had deepened after support to the TVK government during a floor test. The Speaker will review petitions, while the party now signals internal stability ahead of political contests.
