Odisha: MoS Meenakashi Lekhi, G20 delegates visit Konark Temple

Minister of State for External Affairs and Culture (MoS) Meenakashi Lekhi participated in the 2nd meeting of the G20 Culture Group on May 16 and visited Konark Sun Temple in Puri. Other representatives from different countries and international organizations also participated in the meeting. “G20 presidency is an opportunity for India and this time India is going to show the world what Indian culture and heritage is all about,” said MoS MEA Meenakashi Lekhi. Head of the delegate from Brazil, Leticia Marranghello said, “The hospitality has been wonderful. India’s presidency is working to make us feel at home. This is a great opportunity for us to see the Indian culture.”
